Tugboat Race in Guemes Channel

 The tugboat races in Guemes Channel proved to be a lot of fun and a great fund raiser for the Small Boat Center.  Michelle and John Pope came through again as a team to provide a fun and entertaining time for 25+ people and crew.  Participating in the boat parade and then having a front row seat for the different classes of boats racing, and then running down the channel in the Sterling, a 75 plus year old wooden tug was quite a thrill for all those involved.  Thank you Michelle and John.  Looks like this may have to be an annual event.  (See the Gallery for more photos)
